About Me

I am both an award-winning journalist/media personality who also happens to be both a filmmaker and Founder of the independent film festival, Art is Alive, now in its seventh year.  My total listening audience is at 205,000 to date.  I also own and operate my own publication entitled Elegant Expressions Magazine. My readership is at 8,300 an issue. I perform the duties of a professional film judge for my festival and numerous others, and I have screened over 900 films in the last few years. I am called upon regularly to cover red carpet events, film premieres, business launches and special events. I am about to release my series on medical misdiagnosis (Hurt by Healthcare). I do act as publicist for select clients. Finally, my public access TV show, Cin's Chat Corner, is now airing in twelve states and has a combined following of 2.5 million subscribers. Lastly, I am working on a film screenplay based on the life of Holocaust survivor, Ben Lesser.

Voyage of the Heart (EBook)

There are a total of seven chapters of poetry in this book, and each one is designed to touch your heart in every way imaginable.  I write about children, lovers and marriage.  I also discuss life's heartaches, friendship and true love.

A Heavenly Visitor (EBook)

I wrote this children's book quite some time ago. It is a close re-enactment to an incident involving myself while traveling on a bus one day. It is amazing the types of individuals that you come across in that fashion. Little was I to know that the one stranger I would literally bump into would be an actual angel.

Film Festival Coverage

In the course of the last eight years, I have covered a multitude of film festivals. At times, I was a Founder just supporting another Founder. Sometimes, I did on site interviews - or film reviews. Other times, I was covering a red carpet or doing on camera interviews.

The Art is Alive Magazine

Listed below are the nine issues that I published - and the first one went live in December of 2019. The love of my life became ill in 2021, and I stopped doing everything that year. Tragically, he passed on December 2, 2021 from stomach cancer. He was my partner in love and business, and therefore, I gave up the publication because he was not here to manage the site and photography.

Cin's Chat Corner Radio Show
I have been broadcasting for the last ten or so years. It all started one day when an internet-based radio station CEO approached me about doing a show.  My exact response was, I have never even done radio before, and I sound like a boy lol. I consulted with a local musician on what to do, and his advice was  - just f****** doing it. What is the worst thing that can happen? Nervously, I approached one of the Real Housewives to be my first guest, and she graciously agreed. Here I am now, doing shows each month with a total audience of 205,000 spread across twenty states with a 15% international following.  I write all show scripts, produce each show, and book all guests. My intent with this festival is simple: bring art alive again. This will be an event that emphasizes less on celebrity appearances and red carpets.  It is a forum for filmmakers and fans to meet and merge minds. It has become a foundation of fun while showcasing artistic souls and their work. It truly honors the czars of independent cinema, and to initiate my platform of helping others to pursue their passions. I am so thrilled that my festival, over the course of the last six years, has done so much to help the filmmaking community. Those who have met through my event have gone on to work together to make more movies. I am proud to say that I have provided numerous Q and A panels that are both thought provoking and truly in-depth. I am delighted that many filmmakers have left the festival not just with laurels, but also film reviews, interviews at and after the festival, as well as being offered distribution on various platforms. I am also told that my festival is a very friendly, hands on experience that allows for numerous networking opportunities. Lastly, I am able to honor the lives and legendary work of those in and out of Hollywood.

Elegant Expressions Magazine
Elegant Expressions Magazine is my latest endeavor in the publishing world. As stated above, when Michael passed away, I had no inclination to write. After I spent a considerable amount of time thinking over my future, as well as watching the state of journalism in the world today, I decided there was a need for my voice to be heard. I needed to continue my mission of getting individuals seen that are normally invisible to others. I have also believed that the written word is magic and can be used as a means to inspire. I want to make a difference, and hopefully this publication can aid me to do so.  This month, I am finally releasing my magazine in both hardcover and digital versions. My front cover person this month is nothing short of a living miracle. Ben Lesser is a 96-year-old author, public speaker and Holocaust survivor.  Proceeds from every sale is going to be given back to his non-profit, Zachor Holocaust Remembrance Foundation.
